Author Guidelines

The papers (.pdf, .doc, .tex or zip files) will be accepted via Electronic Submission Form.

The papers should

-include original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical works,

-include conclusion chapter,

-meet the IFSCOM2019 criteria,

The corresponding author should sign the copyright form and sent it with the paper.

ONLINE PRESENTATION

Online presentation is the conduct of a videoconference  by an applications which allow presenter and participiants to communicate by simultaneous two-way video and audio transmissions.

Online presentation process is an important section for our conferences. It has been implemented since 2016 in our conference.

From different countries and national cities, about 50 author has participated to our conference since then.

The aim of this application is that some authors who cannot come physically to attend conference due to some reasons can be joined to IFSCOM2019 via Online Presentation way.

For this purpose, it can be used different applications (skype, hangouts, etc.). In IFSCOM2019, we plan to use most suitable and tried application “hangouts”.

ORAL-ONLINE PRESENTATIONS 

Oral and online presentations are 20 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors.

There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting presentation for every section.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Maximum poster size is 90 cm wide by 120 cm high.

You must provide your own printout of the poster itself.

You are requested to set up your poster in the morning of the the poster session and remove it at the end of the session.

One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session.

Posters will be on display in the conference hall.
